Tilda - A lovely Doily

 I already told about Grace Fearon, a designer of doilies. She made many wonderful doilies. I fall in love in her patterns. I made few of her work. Here is the one named Tilda , you could find  the free pattern here. It was wonderful work so detailed. I made with two colors. Just sharing my version here.

A beautiful doll

    This doll was done in Yarn. This is not my project. But I bought from streets in throwaway prices. I wonder now how the hardworking handicraft has no recognition here in India which has more value in European and US countries.

Crocheting Ornaments

    Yes you read it correct. Crocheting Ornaments. I had made one pair of ear rings a long back using crocheting thread (Anchor Mercerized Cotton Thread). Though I can't find the pattern of this ear rings, I would share you my photo

Silk thread Mania

 This post is not related to Crochet. Yet it is another one related to threads 😀 This is silk thread work and it can be made for ornaments lol. Yes I made a few projects. Let me share some pictures.

Crochet bag

 I did another project using the same MyPicot for the stitch and did a bag now using Jute yarn. The yarn is so tough to mend for my project. It was so hurting after finishing but it is worth to do. Here is the pattern

My own Pattern crochet purse

 When I found some yarn, I couldn't find from where I got it, I did this crochet purse. The yarn is shiny looks like nylon cant figure it out. I made a purse with the crochet stitch pattern I learned from MyPicot. Here is the link to the pattern

Grace Fearon Doily Designs

         When searching through Facebook I came across one of the great designers of Doily, Grace Fearon. (Her Website). The doilies are so intricate and beautiful. Her designs are difficult to do. Few of her designs are free and some have to be purchased. I did few of her patterns. 

Baby blanket

 When I started to Crochet in initial days I thought that only bags and purses can be made in crochet. But after searching many websites like Ravelry.com Favecrafts.com  I found many wonderful baby blankets. I made mine and it was my first gift to a baby boy.

First Doily

  Doilies are so beautiful  which adds beauty to your table. I loved the doilies much as it is worked in thread. Every pattern is unique and make you busy to think about it all time while working. It is fun to work in doilies. This is my first doily. It is named as "Dove Doily". It is free pattern.

     Hello everyone reading my blog, this is the first post in the blog. I like crochet so much. I began crocheting for fun and to push my leisure time usefully. Sooner I fell in love in crochet after seeing tons and tons of patterns in the web world. I am trying to do what I can do in my free time. Now I got an idea to publish my works in a blog. So I created this blog. Hope you will enjoy in the future posts about my crochet works. May be in future I would add other craft works too in the  blog.
