Agnes doily by Zoya Matyushenko

I did the pattern using Anchor Crochet Thread Size 20 with hook 1.75mm.  The result is beautiful!

Simple Lacy doily

       Doilies are so beautiful and fun to make. It engages our mind in the positive way. I love to do doilies. This one is so big than what I calculated by seeing the picture. I got the chart from Pinterest. I couldn't able to find the designer name here.

This is the finished work. I have other plans in future to mount it in hoop. 😍😍😍

Clematis -Mini Free doily pattern

              This time I worked with a new designer's doily- Clematis Mini . It was designed by Ramalakshmi Pasumarthy, (Facebook page ). It is free pattern. And special in this doily is, I used variegated yarn. This looks beautiful and I would recommend it for making many doilies and join with them for other decors.

Chithirai Doily - Free pattern

  As I told you already, I got inspiration to create my own work in doilies. It was not just simple work when I began one for myself. I have to appreciate many designers for their creative work.

This is my first doily creation of  my own pattern.

Thread used White Rose thread no 20.
Hook size 1.75mm

Doily from Pinterest

      Doilies are interesting to crochet. They are very intricate patterns which is beautiful. While crocheting doily you would enjoy for sure. I got more patterns in Pinterest . I know most of them are not legal photos or patterns to work with. But I do crochet for my personal use only. Here is one of the doily I made using a chart.

Tilda - A lovely Doily

 I already told about Grace Fearon, a designer of doilies. She made many wonderful doilies. I fall in love in her patterns. I made few of her work. Here is the one named Tilda , you could find  the free pattern here. It was wonderful work so detailed. I made with two colors. Just sharing my version here.
